The oil produced by the OLIVA farm is strictly "extra virgin olive oil", cold extracted, with a light green color tending, over time, to yellow-gold shades, obtained only and exclusively from the pressing of fresh olives , harvested directly from the plants of their own olive groves, carefully selected and pressed within 12 hours of collection.
